me, HEART and The Devil Wears Prada

Beberapa saat yang lalu tepatnya 7 bulan yang lalu (nah yg jd pikiran klo 7 bulan yg lalu itu masi bs dibilang "beberapa saat yang lalu" apa engga yak :P) saya berpikir bahwa betapa mengagetkan dan menyusahkan menjadi mahasiswa baru dengan segudang tugas atau paper baik individu maupun kelompok. Belom lagi dengan memasuki komunitas baru yaitu kampus, musti+kudu+wajib sering2 bersosialisasi...(that's from the text book, for me it means "EKSIS")



Dan biasanya klo udah begitu, pasti yang ada ngeluh sana, ngeluh sini. Kebetulan saat itu saya berkeluh kesah di forum tempat saya bernaung pada saat itu dan akhirnya saya terlibat percakapan dengan teman saya yang sangat "dewasa" menurut saya. Inilah sedikit banyaknya percakapan saya pada waktu itu :

"R" : ARGHHHHH... paper and homework always make me sick!!...









dah brp kali neh kek gini.... (mana bentar lg UTS... hikssss)

"HEART" : well ... reality bites ha ... the reality is, sekali lagi, the reality is, sekali lagi the reality is, sekali lagi the reality is: gak ada yang maksa kamu kuliah atau ngambil jurusan. Wake up sweetheart.

Pilihan cuma 3:

1. Mengeluh, mengeluh, dan mengeluh, sambil berharap-harap terjadi mukjijat dosen berubah, cuma dapet satu tugas mereview majalah bobo
   
2. Quit
   
3. Terima realitas, ngerjain tugas dan nyiapin UTS

Secara singkat Andy, pemeran utama di film itu, mengeluh, mengeluh, mengeluh pada rekan kerjanya Nigel tentang bosnya, Miranda, yang tidak pernah menghargai pekerjaannya. Andy merasa kecewa karena ketika Andy berhasil melaksanakan tugasnya, Andy tidak mendapat penghargaan, tapi ketika gagal melaksanakan tugas Miranda, Miranda marah besar. Dialog lengkapnya seperti ini.

"HEART" : janji ya... sekali 2 kali aja, takutnya jadi kebiasaan. gak kerasa lama-lama jadi kebiasaan blame other for your own problem. mumpung masih muda, masih bisa milih habit

Kliatan betapa "dewasa"nya dia dan saya yg sedikit kekanak2an. Dan dari pembicaraan itu pula, saya juga jadi menyadari bahwa dalam film "The Devil Wears Prada" banyak pelajaran yang bisa diambil khususnya diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari2.



ps : udah lama saya gag nonton tuh film, buka lemari DVD dan nonton lagi ah malem ini ^-^
